Play a pivotal role in delivering high-acuity orthopedic care within a leading academic medical center, supporting patients through some of the most critical phases of their recovery. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes while practicing in a highly coordinated, team-based inpatient environment. In this role, you will provide specialized inpatient orthopedic care focused on perioperative and post-trauma patients, working closely with surgeons, residents, and fellow APPs. The position offers a compelling balance of clinical intensity and schedule predictability, making it ideal for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced environments but value structure and support. The Role This inpatient orthopedic APP position is centered on managing acute care patients through critical stages of hospitalization, from post-surgical recovery to discharge readiness. You will be immersed in a high-volume, high-throughput environment where collaboration and communication are essential to delivering exceptional care. This role is designed for APPs who are energized by complex clinical environments and want to focus exclusively on inpatient care.
