We are hiring a Senior Guidewire Developer to join our team remotely!
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter 10.0, Guidewire Cloud experience, and who holds an ACE Certification. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter 10.0 on the Guidewire Cloud Platform. * Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. * Customize PolicyCenter screens, business rules, and workflows using Gosu and Guidewire best practices. * Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. * Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards. Required Qualifications: * Proven experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter 10.0. * Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform. * Guidewire ACE Certification in PolicyCenter. * Proficiency in Gosu programming language. * Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts, especially policy administration. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr. * Ideal salary range is in the $120,000 range, but we do have a little bit of flexibility there. * This role would be eligible for a target 10% bonus paid yearly. That bonus can pay out between 0-200% of the target. * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, coverage begins on your first day of employment o Erie pays up at 97% of monthly medical and prescription premium for employees * Matching 401 (k) - 100% match on first 3 percent of base pay, 50% match on next 2 percent of base pay * Pension plan - defined benefit plan fully vested after 5 years of service * This position is onsite in Erie, Pa and we offer a great relocation package! o Temporary living, house-hunting trip(s), closing cost assistance on sale/purchase of home, home buy-out, van line move, paid expenses during travel to new location (air, mileage, lodging, meals), relocation allowance of $2,000 * 10 paid holidays (6 fixed holidays and 4 floating holidays, which are prorated based on month started) * Vacation accrual: 16 days (10 hrs accrued monthly) * Celebrating 100 years in business in 2025 and have never had a layoff! *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Edison,NJ. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Jun 12, 2025.
