ABOUT THE JOB



  • Oversee staffing for the Production Department to meet customer demand. This includes both hourly and salary production roles.
  • Fulfill the duties of the Facility Manager in his/her absence.
  • Serve as liaison between the production personnel and staff on matters of communication, decisions, and policies.
  • Prioritizes, schedules, and delegates work assignments.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of methods and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, housekeeping programs, work rules and regulations, providing a safe and clean workplace and complying with all regulatory agencies by leading by example and following up.
  • Participate and support food safety auditing in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with procurement regarding raw material needs or deficiencies.

ABOUT YOU



  • Four- year degree preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Previous management/supervisory experiences a must.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal.
