Journeyman Roofer Worcester, MA

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Roofers with a proven track record of successful work in the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, extensive knowledge of roofing systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results on time.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair various types of roofing systems
• Remove old roofing material.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Help promote strict safety policies and procedures.
• Help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years verifiable roofing experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug screening
• In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and minimum of OSHA-10
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle
• Must be physically able to perform duties
