Responsibilities Bruker Spatial Biology is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Administrative Services Coordinator for our Operations, Health and Safety team. S/he will have a proven ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines, and communicate and collaborate with external contacts and vendors. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, articulate, organized, and able to support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment Essential Responsibilities:
Support coordination of staff administrative needs, including: catering fulfillment and delivery, facilities maintenance, janitorial requests, parking needs, security access management, scanning lab notebooks, and sorting mail
Qualifications Requirements: At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $37,000/ $17.78 pr hour and $55,000/ $26.44 pr hour provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
