Industrial Solutions - Account Specialist

Amsoil is currently seeking an Account Specialist.

The Accounts Specialist supports the sale of AMSOIL industrial products by assisting Business Develop Managers to help develop relationships with customers as well as provide service to help maintain customer retention.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers within the industrial market.
• Understand customer needs and provide the necessary services.
• Acquire a strong understanding of industrial product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to clients.
• Aid customers in cleaning and preparing machines for testing of AMSOIL Industrial products.
• Assist in managing accounts and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team goals.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of experience sufficient to perform the duties of the job.
• Basic understanding of industrial chemicals and lubricants is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and organized.
