*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform the Role

This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation, leadership, and management of production operations in the plant. This position reports to the Plant Manager and regularly reports on plant performance.

Direct reports to this position include salaried and hourly staff including but not limited to Production shift leads and Maintenance Manager. Indirect reports include all hourly production employees in the plant.



  • Ensure Employee Safety and Safety Compliance
  • Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction with order fulfillment
  • Monitor and maintain KPI's on productivity, budget management/cost management.
  • Review closed production orders for productivity and waste variances and create countermeasures or propose changes to production standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and management methods to generate improved plant performance and workflow optimization and efficiencies
  • Responsible for plant engineering and maintenance (equipment and facilities)
  • Responsible for capital planning and implementation for production projects.
  • Communicate regularly with production team to improve performance and employee engagement.


What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
  • A Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience as manager and/or training in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge and experience in Maintenance reliability.
  • Proven technical leadership with the ability to utilize structured problem-solving methods.
  • Experiences in 5S, Lean and Kaizen would be a plus.
  • Other duties as deemed appropriate by Management to support the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
