A subset of All of Us participants will also be recruited into Nutrition for Precision Health, powered by the All of Us Research Program with the study goal of developing algorithms that predict individual responses to food and dietary patterns. The department is one of six clinical centers across the country that will recruit a diverse cohort of adults from rural and urban communities and implement the All of Us and NPH study protocols with the aim of studying variability in physiologic responses to diet. The UNC-CC includes two data collection locations, one in Chapel Hill and one at the UNC Nutrition Research Institute in Kannapolis.
