How You'll Contribute:

Director of Indirect Procurement plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company's global strategy for all indirect procurement activities. This role is responsible for the oversight and optimization of procurement spend in non-production categories such as IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, and Human Resources. The successful candidate will lead strategic sourcing efforts, deliver substantial cost savings, build long-term value through supplier partnerships, and ensure risk mitigation and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Additionally, this leader will be accountable for elevating the procurement function through the implementation of digital tools, category management best practices, and the promotion of sustainability, supplier diversity, and ESG goals. This position requires a global perspective, strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and a results-driven mindset to meet financial objectives and support long-term business growth.

This role is differentiated by its global scope, level of strategic impact, and accountability for influencing significant EBITDA targets. A phased approach will be taken to transition global indirect spend under this role's ownership with matrixed resources until 2026.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop and implement a global indirect procurement strategy aligned with overall business goals and tailored to meet regional and functional needs.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives and category strategies for key indirect spend areas, focusing on cost savings, supplier consolidation, innovation, and enhanced service delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional business leaders and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment between procurement activities and business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for key contracts, ensuring favorable pricing, risk mitigation, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement robust supplier governance practices, including KPIs, SLAs, and regular business reviews to optimize supplier value and performance.
  • Build scalable procurement operations and governance structures. Drive compliance, digital transformation, and ESG/supplier diversity initiatives across the procurement function.



What You'll Bring:

Education & Certifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • CPSM, CIPS, or Lean Six Sigma (Preferred)



Required Skills/Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role managing indirect spend.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable savings and added value through strategic sourcing.
  • Expertise across all major indirect procurement categories and sourcing methodologies.
  • Strong capabilities in contract management, stakeholder influence, and commercial negotiation.
  • Proficient in procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent platforms.
  • Highly developed analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a global business environment and manage cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
