What You'll Be Doing * Direct and oversee low voltage installations in large-scale manufacturing and commercial construction environments. * Manage and mentor 4 - 6 helpers and junior techs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site. * Coordinate with project leads and other trades in high-traffic, fast-paced job sites. * Execute and inspect installations of Cat6 cabling, network gear, and security devices. * Ensure all work aligns with project specs, timelines, and safety standards. What We're Looking For * Extensive experience in large commercial or industrial construction (not tenant buildouts). * Proven ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain momentum without micromanagement. * Strong communication skills and a reputation for dependability, accountability, and professionalism. * Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and make decisions on the fly in dynamic environments. * References that confirm your leadership, reliability, and technical excellence.
