Salary: $102,000 - $130,000

Focus: The Technical Advisor - Cell Services provides comprehensive technical support for cell services operations across multiple technologies (diaphragm and membrane) and locations. The role ensures adherence to manufacturing systems and coordinates operations and maintenance to maintain plant reliability and efficiency.

Technical Advisor - Cell Services Essential Job Functions:

• Provide technical support for cell services operations, including diaphragm production for chlorine manufacturing
• Serve as the technical lead for non-asbestos diaphragm production
• Develop and maintain procedures for Cell Services and cell rebuilds
• Train technicians and allocation operational resources appropriately
• Oversee and validate maintenance work requests to ensure alignment with strategy and budget
• Ensure thorough documentation for maintenance work and validate emergency requests
• Coordinate with Start-Up/Shutdown activities to align with operational plans
• Contribute to maintenance budgeting and forecasting

Technical Advisor - Cell Services Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Prior coaching or leadership experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
