Description & Requirements
As a Lead Project / Field Management Services Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients implement and optimize industry-leading construction Project Management and Field Management software. You'll lead client engagements using a structured methodology, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value from their technology investment.
This role involves working closely with client stakeholders to plan implementations, configure systems, train users, support go-live transitions, and provide ongoing optimization consulting. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering exceptional service aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) mode
How you will contribute:
  • Lead the implementation of Project / Field Management solutions by analyzing client needs and designing tailored strategies that align with their operational goals.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Conduct business process reviews, system configuration, testing, data migration, and readiness assessments.
  • Deliver training and support to client teams during implementation and post-go-live.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Build deep expertise in Project / Field Management platforms and align system capabilities with client requirements.
  • Engage with clients at all levels to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in internal projects and support continuous improvement effort

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Solid understanding of construction project management processes (e.g., estimating, buyouts, document management, change orders, job costing, billing).
  • Familiarity with construction accounting practices (e.g., payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL).
  • 3 years or more of experience in software consulting, ideally in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction Management experience
  • Experience with Trimble ProjectSight is highly preferred.
