Job Description GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Establishes objectives, plans and budgets typically relying on corporate senior management for setting strategic direction, guidance and company-wide policies that are implemented within the organization. * Accountable for financial contribution, e.g., profit/loss and attainment of current and long-range objectives. * Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the organization. * Provides leadership including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring. * Administers the organization's policies through subordinate managers. * Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals and document progress and works with Human Resources on employee-related issues. * Other related duties assigned as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
