Your Role and IMPACT:

As a Senior Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring financial projections, financial modeling, annual financial planning and monthly reporting and analysis. Key participant with senior executive management in setting and implementing strategic vision to ensure company's success.



  • Develop and execute our financial strategy in partnership with the company's senior executive team.
  • Lead, coach, and direct a team of high performing FP&A professionals, fostering a team with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborate with business leaders/department heads to drive company-wide financial planning cycles, including the long-range financial planning process, annual plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts; build financial models that incorporate business strategies and market conditions.
  • Advance the team's strategy around leveraging technology to streamline and improve forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Provide timely, accurate and actionable financial analysis that clearly identifies and explains major variances to senior leadership to help them understand the company's financial health, performance drivers and areas of risk.
  • Develop and maintain a consolidated view of key operating and financial metrics across the company.
  • Develop Board of Directors monthly and quarterly update materials, and monthly financial statement packages with relevant management discussion and analysis.
  • Provide strategic and analytical support to all corporate finance activities such as re-financing, M&A and business development activities, and assist in evaluation of new projects and investment opportunities.


What We Are Looking For:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • 10+ Years of progressive finance leadership experience including FP&A, Finance, audit, and accounting experience is preferred.
  • Constructively challenges existing processes to enhance performance.
  • Must be able to demonstrate expert-level understanding of business and financial modeling.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the company.
  • Familiarity with the Transportation Industry is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging Oracle and Power BI to conduct data analysis and prepare senior leadership briefings is preferred.
