Principal Solutions Architect- Conga CPQ and CLM

Itron is seeking a senior resource to solution, support and sustain applications on the Salesforce platform and support our CME teams with process automation and improved efficiency for the quote-to-cash process. The role will be primarily responsible for solution architecture and Tier 3 support of Salesforce and downstream processes as a solution engineer, administrator and subject matter expert. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a team setting, process improvement, and administration of Salesforce and Conga CLM and CPQ applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert for Salesforce and Conga CPQ and CLM, used by global sales teams, to assist in configuration, administration, integration, and support

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Quote to Cash stakeholders to develop relevant business process automation and workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features and functionality of the platform

• Deliver Salesforce projects, change requests, and enhancements

• Support data cleansing, data enrichment, and data conversion activities

• Work closely with IT integration, development, and BI teams

• Prepare and maintain solution and system configuration documentation

• Support other related projects as needed when not working on Salesforce related projects

• Experience with Agile, SDLC, and Waterfall project methodologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar degree

• Implementation and Administration experience with Salesforce

• Experience with Conga CPQ and CLM solutions

• Experience in working on successful system implementations

• MS Office

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience or knowledge or Oracle E-Business Suite/Cloud, and Configure, Price, Quote applications

• Knowledge ofQuote to Cash business processes and best practices

• Salesforce certification and end-user experience a plus

• Previous consulting experience plus

• Working knowledge of Visualforce and APEX

Education:Bachelor's degree in related field

Travel:1 - 10%

Physical Demands:This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.

Salary Range for Liberty Lake, WA - $96,000 - $175,000
