Description
Job Summary: Assists in the administration of systems and applications. Provides tier one technical support for users of IT systems including administration of the core financial platform (Symitar Episys), enterprise scheduler and Electronic Content Management system. Monitors and maintains other software and applications. Oversees processes to ensure all data is safe and programs run smoothly. Analyzes and diagnoses system errors. Tests, troubleshoots, and fixes any problem related to applications and systems or refers them to the Senior Applications Administrator for assistance. Creates scripts, programs and workflows for Enterprise Job Scheduler or Electronic Content Management system. Provides basic support of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
