The Role: The Business Process Analyst in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business process in support of digital transformation.. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose future state solutions that align with organizational imperatives. The Business Process Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and information and technology teams, translating business needs into well-defined requirements and process models that drive technology-enabled transformation initiatives and create quantifiable business value. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
Document current state business processes through interviews, workshops, and observation to create accurate process maps and workflow diagrams.
