Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in San Diego, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Completes a broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers' equipment and systems, among others
• Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.
• Supports customer remotely and onsite and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
• Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
• Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management (partly before PM100).
• Adheres to relevant processes and regulations.
• Manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery.
• May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.
• Is expected to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions.
• Positions which need senior professional expertise, with extensive functional, commercial and technical knowledge in an area of competence.
• They integrate analysis, development, testing and implementation.
• They interpret and functionally influence policy and guidelines in their area of business / technology and develop processes and systems to deliver functional objectives.
• They typically plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project driven environment.
• They provide functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers.
• Transfers and applies know-how to / in various contexts.
• Improves existing processes and approaches.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 /hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week / 1^ST shift

Length: Temp (6 months)

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer.
