Tufts Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Weight & Wellness Department to join our team of collaborative providers in Stoneham, MA.

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is affiliated with MelroseWakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, with access to specialist at Tufts Medical Center.

Who you are:

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

• Clinical experience in Weight & Wellness preferred.

• Passionate about caring for a diverse population of Weight & Wellness patients.

• Current certification in CPR required.

• A team player who is excited to work alongside the interdisciplinary team to assist in patient care, support, and satisfaction.
