  • Follow policies, practices, standards, and rules of the company and those regulations and procedures required by Stanley's clients.
  • Review the application of technologies to improve current processes, and optimize typical workflows and practices in planning, surveying, cost estimating, project management, and design and engineering tasks in the Operation.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are needed to effectively enable the adoption of new tools and workflows, with facilitation and support being provided to operational leaders to implement, support, monitor and train the associated technology changes.
  • Work both with external technology vendors and internal operational teams that will use the technology, acting as a liaison that will enable teams to increase efficiency and optimize their current workflows.
  • With subject matter experts, co-lead with operational leaders the development and delivery of implementation and training programs to enable the successful use and adoption of new technology by employees.
  • Coordinating with operational and IT leaders, review and identify existing software licenses that can be decommissioned due to being ineffective or outdated with our Market needs.
