Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take charge of shipping and receiving operations? We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Clerk and Inbound Scheduler to support warehouse logistics and daily shipment coordination.

In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, managing data entry, reviewing and uploading paperwork into the warehouse management system (WMS), and processing UPS/FedEx orders. Strong communication skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are essential.

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, overtime as needed

Pay: $21/hr.

Requirements:



  • Prior warehouse clerk experience
  • Open Dock software
  • Microsoft programs
  • Starship shipping software
  • Cherry picker operation




Key Responsibilities:



  • Schedule and track shipments
  • Review and upload receiving paperwork
  • Pick and ship daily orders
  • Data entry and invoice closeout
  • Weekly document filing
