Starting Pay: $19.61/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Operate and program advanced machinery such as band saws, plasma pipe cutters, and iron workers to fabricate carbon and stainless steel products with precision.
  • Apply your deep understanding of material feed rates and machine speeds to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain equipment by changing blades, filters, and consumables to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Read and interpret production drawings and blueprints to meet exact fabrication specifications.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Work independently while supporting your team in a safe, fast-paced production environment.



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and advanced machinery operation.
  • Certified forklift operator with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted and assist with up to 100 lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • A team player eager to grow and succeed with us.
