Starting Pay: $19.61/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What You'll Do: Operate and program advanced machinery such as band saws, plasma pipe cutters, and iron workers to fabricate carbon and stainless steel products with precision. Apply your deep understanding of material feed rates and machine speeds to ensure quality and efficiency. Maintain equipment by changing blades, filters, and consumables to keep operations running smoothly. Read and interpret production drawings and blueprints to meet exact fabrication specifications. Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. Work independently while supporting your team in a safe, fast-paced production environment. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and advanced machinery operation. Certified forklift operator with strong mechanical aptitude. Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted and assist with up to 100 lbs. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Fluent in English with strong communication skills. A team player eager to grow and succeed with us.
