Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Depot Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating, calibrating, and repairing high performance sensors, analyzers, and system calibration services. You will also troubleshoot products that are not functioning properly and provide quotes to customers for repairs. The depot technician will also provide service reports and certifications to customers and use CRM to perform transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performing calibration of sensors, analyzers, and other equipment in the service depot.
  • Evaluating malfunctioning equipment, providing repair quotes to customers, and performing repairs.
  • Processing transactions in CRM and SAP.
  • Following ISO procedures to perform calibrations.
  • Maintaining spare parts inventory and replenishing as needed.
  • Recommending process improvements and helping to implement solutions.
  • Cross-training on all equipment serviced in the depot.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Associate's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with critical solution preparation, instrumentation, calibration processes, troubleshooting, and verification processes.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with liquid analytical and/or electromechanical products.
  • Ability to communicate with customers (internal and external) in written and oral forms.
  • Self-motivated with results-oriented approach who can work under minimum supervision.
This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
