Regal Rexnord Corporation Job Location: 111 W Michigan Street, Milwaukee, WI 53203 Job Title: IT Network Project Lead Senior Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT Network Project Lead Senior reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to support and build computer networks. Implement network solutions, including hardware, software, and configuration changes. Upgrade networks and implement next generation hardware design and Cisco 4K Series Routers, Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance, SD-WAN, and Palo Alto across enterprises. Support computer networks using software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization technologies. Build AAA Architecture using Tacacs+, RADIUS, and Okta Multi Factor. Monitor network capacity requirements and ensure the network can handle increased traffic and new technologies. Utilize network monitoring tools including Wireshark, Network Simulator-2, SolarWinds, Nectus5, PRTG, Prime infrastructure, CheckMK, and Back Stage Manager. Implement and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Migrate and upgrade PA 3020 to PA 3220 and PA-820, PA-850, PA-450, PA-220 Firewalls. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Monitor and manage networks using SNMP, SSH, Telnet, ICMP, Radius, VRRP, QoS, TACACS+, RADIUS, and 802.1X protocols. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network resources for efficiency and reliability. Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and inventory lists. Consolidate data centers under a single standard umbrella of infrastructure. Automate workflows using ServiceNow. Analyze network layers including L2, L3, and OSI layers. Travel to various and unanticipated locations throughout the United States up to 25% of time. Annual salary: $143,790.00 - 182,300.00/year. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field plus three years of building computer networks experience. Must have at least three years of experience in each of the following: 1. Implementing network solutions, including hardware, software, and configuration changes; 2. Upgrading networks and implementing next generation hardware design and Cisco 4K Series Routers, Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance, SD-WAN, and Palo Alto across enterprises; 3. Supporting computer networks using software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization technologies; 4. Building AAA Architecture using Tacacs+, RADIUS, and Okta Multi Factor; 5. Utilizing network monitoring tools including Wireshark, Network Simulator-2, SolarWinds, Nectus5, PRTG, Prime infrastructure, CheckMK, and Back Stage Manager; and 6.
