The role:

As the Channel Manager for Oribe in the Americas region, you will play a crucial role in creating programs that will drive revenue growth across the Americas. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and devising effective push strategies and sales initiatives for sell-in and sell-through that will be handed over to local teams for adaptation and implementation.

Reporting to the Associate Director Marketing and Channel Strategy, you will be a strategic and collaborative professional who can work closely with various stakeholders to drive revenue growth and strengthen our partnerships with salon and stylist accounts.

What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management within the beauty industry, preferably in hair care or hair color products.
  • Strong understanding of salon operations and the needs of professional stylists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
