Job Description The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager is responsible for influencing business strategy through data and analytics. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Data Analytics & Reporting Team and accountable for the delivery of the team's various goals and objectives. The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager will be responsible for data intake from various enterprise systems, management of this data within a data lake, developing reports and dashboards, driving and presenting business insights, and continuous data improvement.Key Responsibilities * Proactively manage the end-to-end data analytics and reporting process, from data intake to data management to data reporting, ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency throughout * Provide thought leadership on improving data quality, optimizing visualization tools and reporting, leveraging AI and automation, and driving strategic business insights * Function as the key point of contact for the Data Analytics & Reporting Team for work underway and new initiatives that support evolving business needs * Interface with Procurement colleagues, business stakeholders, and senior leadership on a regular basis to discuss key initiatives, provide data insights, and ensure delivery of business objectives * Identify and execute on process improvement opportunities that drive efficiency, improve data quality, enhance business insights, and better support our various stakeholders across the enterprise Supervisory Responsibilities This job does have supervisory duties Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Business, Economics, IT or related field, or equivalent experience * 7 years of data and analytics experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations * None Functional Skills * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience in different programming languages (preferred) * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong leadership skills Travel * Departmental meetings are expected to occur in Chicagoland or Charlotte, NC.
