We're seeking a skilled People Technology Specialist to drive the implementation and optimization of advanced HR technology solutions, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to streamline talent management, elevate HR operations, and enhance the overall employee experience. As a key member of the People Insights, Technology & Analytics team, you'll be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions-including the adoption and integration of new AI-powered tools-across a wide array of HR programs. You'll partner with stakeholders across the People team, IT, and business teams to assess needs, identify innovation opportunities, and deliver scalable, user-centric technology solutions that optimize talent management, employee experience, and HR operations.

What you'll do:



  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-impact, scalable HR technology solutions for projects spanning talent, learning, engagement, performance, and more.
  • Analyze business processes and needs, translating them into innovative, efficient solutions through requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  • Evaluate the HR technology landscape to identify, recommend, and integrate advanced SaaS, cloud, and AI tools such as chatbots, workflow automation, and more, improving efficiency and employee outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring effective integration, high user adoption, and alignment with organizational goals. Drive best practices in project management, documentation, testing, change management, and training.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and advanced support to empower HR partners and drive successful technology adoption.
  • Promote technology governance, compliance (including data privacy and protection), and effective vendor management.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, proactively evaluating and recommending new tools and techniques that advance the People Tech function.


What we're looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Tech-savvy HR Professional with 5+ years HR Tech experience, with significant hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting HRIS, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven HR tools.
  • Proven ability to drive successful technology projects from concept through implementation, including process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and change management.
  • Strategic, innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, and who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator experienced in stakeholder management, business analysis, and user training.
  • Broad familiarity with HR domains like talent management, performance, learning, onboarding, and a range of HR technology platforms.


In-Office Requirement Statement



  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration approximately two times per year and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
