The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, oversight and execution of all project-related tasks required to satisfy the expectations of WellSky's internal clients and stakeholders. The scope of this job includes owning project timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of projects to maintain schedule, budget, scope, and quality in alignment with project requirements and goals.
  • Manage the project budget, including planning for cost and resource implications, tracking expenditures, and reviewing appropriate purchase requisitions and invoices.
  • Anticipate and proactively manage changes in project scope by adjusting plans and resources as necessary to maintain project success.
  • Document and communicate approved work scope to team members and collaborate with management to assign and schedule tasks for new projects or scope changes.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, clearly communicate requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing technical projects
  • Enterprise EMR/EHR implementation or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in software implementation project management
  • PMP certified

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
