As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and being the primary customer interface for inquiries. Our service representatives inform and educate as well as serve as member advocate, building trust in our abilities and being the voice of the customer. By using established best practices, attending ongoing training and utilizing resources and tools you will serve as the expert to help navigate through the challenging world of insurance. Our representatives must be talented dedicated people who possess a passion for providing best in class service and want to make a difference in the lives of our member. This position is dedicated to Medicare Advantage accounts.Location: Work from home anywhere in the State of Nebraska or local Omaha metro area (Council Bluffs, Glenwood, etc)* *Applicants for this position must reside within the state of Nebraska or local Omaha metro area at the time of application. Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Work Schedule: Your work schedule will require flexibility, with the potential for any 8.5-hour shift between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. (Central Time Zone), Monday through Sunday. Shifts will change, so adaptability is key. (Shift differential for weekend and evening hours worked) Hours: Oct 1 - March 31st, 8am - 9pm: (Monday - Sunday) Hours: Apr 1 - Sept 30th, 8am - 9pm (Monday - Friday) Holidays required to work include Martin Luther King Day, New Years Day and The Friday after Thanksgiving TrainingSchedule a 5-week virtual training program that includes hands-on activities, self-led learning modules, assessments, and worksheets.
