The Associate Analyst, Enterprise Logistics - Programs, CI & Systems is an early-career role designed to support critical logistics initiatives across warehousing, transportation, DSD, and repack. This role combines light SAP processing with exposure to project coordination, continuous improvement, and enterprise reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in supply chain and logistics, gain enterprise-level experience, and contribute to meaningful transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do...

SAP & Warehouse Systems Support

  • Perform routine SAP transactions (e.g., inventory transfers, receipts, and adjustments)
  • Ensure transactions are timely and accurate to support warehouse operations
  • Help maintain documentation and standard procedures related to system processes

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Assist in collecting data and documenting logistics processes for CI projects
  • Help track ongoing improvement efforts across warehouse and transportation functions
  • Support the development of standard playbooks and best practices across the network

Project & Program Coordination

  • Maintain trackers and calendars for key enterprise logistics initiatives
  • Support meeting prep, recaps, and follow-ups for logistics leadership routines
  • Help build presentations and dashboards to track progress and performance

Data & Reporting Support

  • Gather and analyze basic data to support initiatives and leadership updates
  • Build summary charts, reports, and simple dashboards to communicate insights
  • Assist in maintaining tools that support logistics KPIs and initiative tracking

Who you will work with...

  • Reporting into our Sr Manager, Enterprise Logistics

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and able to work with data and project timelines

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
  • 2+ years of experience/exposure in Supply Chain or Logistics role
  • SAP experience
  • Enterprise logistics strategy and operations experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$55,500-$79,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
