Location: San Antonio, TX 78215, Onsite

Duration: 4 months with possible extension


Job Description:

Resource's typical working day: General desk top support & Hardware/software support

  • Must Have Skills: Good technical skills, Good customer service
  • Nice to have skills: banking or law firm support work experience with Apple or iOS , Adobe Acrobat
  • Years of Experience:5+ years
  • Education bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
  • Software skills: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
