Description Our client is one of the largest Telecommunication vendors in the DMV and has a large presence across the east coast. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless sectors are split up into a few groups, but ultimately support the major carriers and Infrastructure providers. They also do a ton of work for the state directly and are consistently expanding. With the massive expansion of telecommunication networks, and overall capacity initiatives, our client is busier than ever. In order to keep up with the immense demand, they need to have a very solid logistics process for material procurement. So we are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support their warehouse (White Marsh location). They will be in charge of keeping inventory, coordinating with project managers for shipping, coordinating with vendors for receiving, and ultimately owning the duties in the warehouse. While this role has some traditional warehouse duties, it is unique in that the Specialist needs to learn/familiarize themselves with the material the technicians actually use per job. Almost all jobs have small differences, so in order to be efficient they need to learn the different parts and be audible ready to partner with Techs/PMs to adjust BOM to meet client expectations. Ultimately they need to learn the equipment and be able to pull what is needed in an organized fashion. Top Skills Details 1) 2+ year of warehouse experience preferred. 2) Organizational skills and the ability to communicate with various teams and managers. 3) Strong work ethic and attitude, the desire to grow a career in the telecommunications or construction field. 4) The ability to work independently and stay self motivated. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
