Qualifications: * 2+ years of customer service experience from a consumer products, distributor, or manufacturing company. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. * Experience with high volume emails. * High School diploma. This person will answer questions regarding shipping, product availability, and pricing, research inquiries using various systems to enhance the customer experience, and create cases for customer issues. The position requires coordination across all functional units to resolve specific customer requests, manage orders, and ensure a smooth fulfillment process, delivering a frictionless customer experience. Responsibilities * Handle all customer inquiries both over the phone and via email quickly and effectively. * Manage inbound calls (25-50+ per day) and emails (50-100+ per day). * Answer customer questions about shipping, product availability, and pricing. * Research questions and use systems to provide customers with the best experience. * Create cases for issues customers have. * Coordinate across all functional units to quickly resolve specific customer requests. * Direct customer communication by a variety of channels and manage orders across the fulfillment chain. * Provide information and exception management. * Provide transparency to customers using critical thinking and problem-solving techniques. * Handle both internal and external customer inquiries and provide proactive solutions. * Deliver a frictionless customer experience. Work Environment The role is onsite only, requiring contractors to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
