As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll support both daily operations and strategic projects that keep our hiring engine running smoothly. This role is for someone looking to build skills in recruiting operations, project management, HR tech, and employer branding.
What You'll Do As The Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to create requisitions, post roles, and schedule interviews across time zones
- Manage candidate communication, including application follow-ups, availability requests, and guiding talent through the interview process
- Support internal hiring by coordinating interviews and guiding employees and hiring managers through the process
- Maintain data integrity by updating job, user, and requisition details in the ATS and HRIS
- Create and refine ATS workflows, templates, and tech integrations to support automation and compliance
- Document end-to-end recruiting processes and update onboarding workflows for new Talent Acquisition team members
- Collaborate with Employer Branding on integrating candidate-facing content and internal resources into the recruiting process, templates, and nurture campaigns
- Pull, develop, and maintain ad-hoc, compliance, and department-level Talent Acquisition reports
- Support People Team projects and events across the full talent and employee lifecycle
What You'll Bring As The Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- 2+ years of experience in roles requiring strong organizational skills and process ownership
- Proven ability to manage details, prioritize tasks, and coordinate projects across teams and stakeholders
- Confident navigating and updating systems and tools to support data accuracy, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to solve problems and contribute to team goals
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally or supporting multiple stakeholders
