We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

Salesforce is seeking a strategic and highly organized Manager, Marketing Cloud GTM Programs to support the growth and impact of our Marketing Cloud product portfolio. This hybrid role spans program management, event coordination, and business operations, and requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.

Reporting to the COO of Marketing Cloud, this role will lead the planning and execution of global go-to-market (GTM) engagement programs, streamline key operational processes, and support high-visibility initiatives across the organization. You'll partner closely with Product and Sales leadership, PMM, and operations teams to deliver GTM programs that drive alignment, engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with confidence, and builds strong relationships to keep cross-functional efforts moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Program & Event Execution

  • Lead end-to-end management of global customer, partner, and seller-facing events-including agenda development, content coordination, attendee nominations, onsite logistics, budget oversight, and ROI tracking

  • Develop a scalable framework and toolkit for event prioritization, travel guidance, and product team engagement

  • Maintain the Marketing Cloud Events Tracker as the single source of truth for all global GTM events

Product Engagement Coordination

  • Own and refresh the Product Manager Engagement Roster quarterly; coordinate product team participation in key engagements such as Deal Support Requests (DSRs), executive briefings, and events like Dreamforce and Connections

  • Act as a liaison between Product and Field teams to support customer engagement and GTM alignment

Enablement & Operational Support

  • Partner with PMM to coordinate quarterly global enablement programs tailored to key audiences including AEs, SEs, CSG, Partners, and Marketing Cloud Ambassadors

  • Support Product, COO, and COE teams in managing internal GTM rhythms including All Hands calls, QBRs, Growth Councils, Town Halls, and strategic deep dives

You're a Great Fit If You...

  • Have 5-10 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Consulting

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Communicate clearly with strong executive presence, both written and verbal

  • Can distill complex information into simple, actionable plans

  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse global teams

  • Are highly organized, proactive, and results-driven

  • Have working knowledge of Google Slides, Sheets, and Salesforce reporting tools
