Job Summary

As a member of the Commercial Bank Strategic Planning and Go to Market Team, the Business Execution Manager will report directly to the Head of Commercial Strategy and Go to Market to lead and oversee complex, high-impact programs across the Commercial Bank. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives that support growth initiatives, process optimization, salesforce effectiveness, and client experience improvements. The ideal candidate brings expertise in commercial banking operations and change management, with a proven ability to direct cross-functional teams in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale projects & initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with commercial banking priorities.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and key deliverables.
  • Manage program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and governance activities.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business, technology, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and report on progress resolving issues and escalating risks to senior leadership as needed.
  • Champion agile and/or hybrid delivery models while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Commercial Bank and its various business units.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in a commercial or corporate banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services (e.g., treasury management, commercial lending, credit, cash management).
  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level programs with regulatory and technology components.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent strongly preferred; Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

  • Outstanding prioritization, organization, and interpersonal skills. A "can do" mentality is required.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • A teamwork attitude, willing to take on extra tasks and see them through. Acute attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also necessary attributes for the role.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000 to $125,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
