What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate, detail-driven quotes using input from technicians and service team members
- Respond to inquiries by phone and email in a direct, professional, and timely manner
- Enter and track leads, quotes, and estimates in the CRM system
- Prioritize tasks systematically and maintain clear, organized records
- Research and compile pricing from vendors for parts and services
- Help develop and maintain preventative maintenance proposals and service agreements
- Collaborate with other team members while focusing on your individual deliverables
- Maintain internal documentation, contracts, rate sheets, and customer records
- Support long-term, recurring service projects with predictable workflows
- Follow established procedures while also contributing to improvements over time

- Willingness to travel up to 25% for training or project coordination

- On-site position based in Kent, WA
- Typical office setting with regular business hours
- Minimal physical demands; mostly computer-based work with some phone/email coordination
