Vaco is hiring! We are looking to fill an immediate need for Customer Service Rep with one of our valued partners in Apopka, FL. This role will focus on entering customer orders and seeing the order through from beginning to end. Please apply today for immediate consideration! Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm Hourly Pay Rate: $20/hr JOB SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is a representative of thecompany's culture and values. Primary responsibilities include order processing, production coordination, freight and logistics planning, customer service and good product knowledge. This is a fast-paced, time critical role that reports to the Customer Success Manager. Responsibilities: Processes orders via phone, email, messaging, or EDI into SAP and Quick Books. Coordinates with production rush requests, new items or special requests. Work directly with the Production Coordinator on orders not fulfilled at 100%. Process shipping paperwork in preparation for billing through accounting. Provide order tracking and work with carriers on delivery delays/service interruptions. Works with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange both domestic and international freight. Answer customer questions accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with Sales as needed to ensure an excellent customer experience. Provide documentation to meet customer needs. Handle and track customer complaints. Track customer interactions through Hubspot. Other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: * Well organized and able to meet scheduled deadlines. * Able to work within a fast-paced, high detail, time critical environment. * Able to make decisions and solve problems using sound judgment. * Able to sit or work at a computer for long periods of time. * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook including the use of categories, tasks, files, and calendar. * Able to create formulas and work comfortably within Excel. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and management to effectively achieve goals. * Ability to work proficiently within multiple software systems including SAP, Quick Books, Hubspot and Microsoft Teams. Job Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent 5 years + Customer Operations Experience Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish) Prior experience with Hubspot and SAP is preferred. Logistics experience both domestic and internationally is preferred.
