Are you friendly, organized, and customer-focused? Staffmark is hiring a Receptionist for a well-established company in Houston, TX.
This is a great opportunity to join a professional, fast-paced environment where your communication and administrative skills will make a daily impact.

Pay & Schedule:



  • Pay: $18.00/hour
  • Shift: 1st Shift only - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends or rotating shifts)



Responsibilities:



  • Welcome visitors and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with mailing invoices and managing basic administrative tasks
  • Process payments and support billing efforts, including using QuickBooks when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area that reflects a positive company image
  • Work closely with clinical or internal staff to ensure smooth customer or patient flow



Requirements:



  • Prior experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator in a professional setting
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working with phone systems and scheduling tools
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
