About Informa Connect - Events, Travel, Sports Division

Informa Connect is the powerhouse behind some of the most impactful events and media platforms in the MICE industry. Our Events, Travel, Sports division fuels connections, innovation, and growth across the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions space. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to play a central role in driving brand awareness, audience development, and lead generation across our portfolio.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the VP, Marketing and Content and work as a central member of our marketing team. You'll collaborate with brand marketing leads to support all digital marketing functions across our Events, Travel, Sports brands. From optimizing SEO to managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven, effective, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution - Oversee and implement an SEO strategy that drives organic traffic and audience growth.

Email Marketing & Automation - Manage Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations to optimize email performance and audience engagement.

Audience Development - Work closely with brand teams to grow and nurture our audience database.

Analytics & Reporting - Track and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other Martech tools to provide data-backed insights and recommendations.

Martech Stack Management - Ensure our marketing technology ecosystem is running efficiently and supporting our lead generation and audience development goals.

Cross-Team Collaboration - Partner with brand marketing leads to enhance digital marketing efforts, provide strategic insights, and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience: Mid-level experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, email automation, and analytics.

Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent automation tools).

Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Creative Thinker: A knack for problem-solving, optimizing digital strategies, and driving engagement.

Strong Communicator & Team Player: Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and align efforts across brands.

Willingness to Learn & Adapt: Open to evolving marketing trends and emerging technologies.

The pay for this role is $24-$28/hr based on experience
