Location: Region 3 coverage all sites - PCC, OCCC, MTC, BPRC

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Pay rate: $75,000/annually

The Regional Director of Correctional Services for MA is responsible for:



  • Providing leadership and direction in the development, delivery and evaluation of assigned programs under the supervision of the Assistant State Director.
  • Ensuring consistency and adherence to all DOC and Spectrum policies and practices.
  • Providing supervision and training to assigned supervisors and staff and works cooperatively with Spectrum management and the Dept. of Correction Program Services and Reentry Division.
  • Assisting with oversight of the ATLAS platform/Virtual Programming as needed and serve as a backup trainer for all MA DOC facilitated trainings.
  • Operating within budget and within state regulations and procedures for all fiscal & program activities.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of effective principles and practices in the field of Correctional Rehabilitation including Gender Responsive Programming and Trauma Informed Care and representing Spectrum Health Systems in professional forums pertaining to these services.


Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.
  • Five years supervisory experience required.
  • Experience with offender population and alcohol/drug certification required.
  • Significant related work experience may be considered in lieu of specified requirements.
