DEV OPS ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Developer with strong Ansible experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Ansible playbooks to support automated deployments, environment configurations, and infrastructure provisioning. You will also collaborate closely with development and testing teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and reliable application delivery pipeline.

* Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for system configuration and application deployment

* Support infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices within a DevOps pipeline (CI/CD) using tools such as Kubernetes, GitLab

* Work with teams to automate environment provisioning and application deployments in development, test, and production environments.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation process, deployment failures, and configuration drifts.

* Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to support automated testing strategies and environments.

* Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and maintainability.

* 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or system automation role.

* Strong proficiency with Ansible (playbook creation, inventory management, variable handling, etc.).

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

* Familiarity with Linux-based environments and scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

* Experience supporting or implementing automated testing (unit, integration, system-level).

* Version control experience using Git.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field.
• CompTIA Security + Certification prior to start date.
• Ability to obtain and maintain secret level security clearance.
