*A Local Hospitality/Restaurant company is hiring an Helpdesk Support Technician to join the team for a great opportunity to cover for someone out on leave! *
*Job Description:* * Participate in helpdesk rotation (4 on the team) * Answer calls/respond to emails * If needed, go onsite to provide additional support (65 locations (pubs/hotels) between OR/WA) - mileage/parking will be included/expensed. On average, onsite calls happen once or twice a week, but sometimes there are no onsite calls. Trips usually take an hour or two. * Support 1100-1300 total users and roughly 400 devices. 95% are PC's, 5% mac. * Expect to take about 15-25+ calls per day (no SLA's, goal is to resolve the issue however long it takes). They support around 40-50 applications. *Qualifications:* * This is a hybrid remote role, so must be open to both. * The shifts are 2 weeks M-F, 9-5pm and 2 weeks M-F, 2-10pm. Will work onsite for the day shifts and remote for the swing shifts. Additionally, they work 2 weekends a month working the same shifts (on the weekend shifts, they will get Mon/Tues off instead of the normal Sat/Sun). * 2-3+ years of relevant experience preferred. * Must have reliable transportation as you may drive to different sites around the OR/WA locations - mileage/parking will be reimbursed or provided. ***If Interested:* *Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
