Responsible for leading the development and evolution of the Product Operations Playbook. Responsibilities include standardizing how product teams operate, scaling best practices across teams, and ensuring operational excellence through repeatable, data-driven frameworks. Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Product Management, Operations, or related field) Minimum Experience 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles within a technology, SaaS, or product-led organization Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience creating scalable frameworks, process maps, or playbooks Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structured outcomes across complex environments Experience working in a scaled product organization or supporting multiple product teams Background in product analytics or experience with dashboard tools Passion for operational rigor and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
