JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible to define, develop, test, analyze and maintain new software applications and reporting as well as maintaining and updating existing applications and reports in support of the achievement of business requirements. Write, code and test applications and reports. Research, design, document and modify moderately complex software specifications. Create functional specifications for complex requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior-level professional role. Evaluation, originality, or ingenuity required. Know and apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. Assignments can be broad. May serve as a resource to others to resolve complex problems and issues. May take on project lead role as required. This job is a fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. JOB COMPLEXITY: Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel inside/outside their area of SUPERVISION: Receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments. Assignments are broad. WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically, 8 to 10 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Information Technology or related technical discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. SALARY RANGE: The posted range for this position is $115,439 - $158,729 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
