Job Title: Real Estate Specialist

Location(s): Irvine, CA


Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities:



  • This person will ensure the compliance of the Sub-Market lease documents with corporate policies and guidelines.
  • They will thoroughly review each package for completeness and accuracy.
  • This person must have meticulous attention to detail and will be required to input proper information into FUZE.
  • As a Subject Matter Expert, this person will coach counsel, regional staff, and team members in a variety of settings, including conference call, webinar, training classes, and individually.
  • They will be required to interact with outside and inside legal counsel on environmental and real estate matters which require special handling.
  • A proficient knowledge of contracts is required in order to be able to work on specialized projects such as master agreements for new technologies.
  • Previous negotiation experience is ideal.
  • This person will be required to operate with minimal direct supervision and will manage multiple assignments and projects for 19 Sub-Markets.
  • This person must have the ability to project manage numerous projects with fluctuating priorities in order to ensure timelines are met.
  • They must be flexible and able to use analytical thinking to resolve issues.
  • This person will formulate strategies and schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and will be asked to find ways reduce expenses.


Experience:



  • Professional level knowledge of real estate contracts and general business practices as it pertains to the wireless industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under heavy pressure to meet deadlines and established commitments.
  • Must possess skill and ability to read and understand legal contracts and be a strong negotiator.
  • Must be capable of taking initiative to streamline processes and reduce operating expenses.
  • Shall be flexible, with proven attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to build a rapport with coworkers, managers, and vendors alike.
  • Proficient computer skills are required. Can be located at any hub
