Job Description

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 for this position, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This role also includes an attractive commission structure to reward your success.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be based at our Boston, Massachusetts office, though we welcome applications from candidates near our other East Coast office locations.

Please note: This position will remain open until June 13, 2025.

Position Overview

This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing portfolio account strategy within Informa TechTarget's Intelligence & Advice division, focusing on establishing and growing $10M+ commercial relationships with strategic global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute portfolio account strategy to achieve $10M+ commercial relationships
  • Establish scalable playbook for recurring revenue and strategic consulting projects
  • Create and implement comprehensive business plans for strategic accounts
  • Drive long-term strategic alignment between Omdia's portfolio and key partners
  • Influence and collaborate with internal executives and stakeholders

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with global enterprise accounts
  • Foster initiatives across multiple customer divisions and buying centers
  • Manage complete customer business cycle including:
    • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
    • Salesforce management
    • Development tools
    • Customer support
    • Issue resolution
    • Pricing strategy

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner across Informa TechTarget divisions to maximize portfolio growth
  • Lead collaboration with global peers and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Drive operational and financial planning processes
  • Provide monthly forecasts and pipeline management
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 15+ years in business development/strategic sales of technology or market research products
  • Proven track record of delivering $10M+ annual revenue from single accounts
  • Deep expertise in enterprise technology space:
    • Data center
    • Cloud
    • Networking
    • Security
    • Business applications
    • Analytics
    • Artificial intelligence
    • Digital workplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's in organizational leadership
  • 20+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience with global hyperscalers (Microsoft, Google, Amazon)
  • Strong business case development skills with ROI focus
