Who We Are: SiriusXM Media How you'll make an impact: What you'll do: Prospecting & Lead Qualification * Qualify inbound and outbound leads from Fortune 500 to SMB companies, across multiple verticals, with a focus on identifying high-potential advertisers * Initiate thoughtful, targeted outreach via email, phone, and social to engage prospects * Understand advertiser objectives and map back to our solutions across multiple ad platforms * Pipeline Development * Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the appropriate sales team * Maintain a high velocity work ethic while optimizing for quality * Contribute to team goals around pipeline creation and revenue impact * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to align on strategy, feedback loops, and process optimizations * Share insights on trends, objections, and common prospect needs to inform campaigns and product positioning Tools & Reporting * Use Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) to manage your outreach and track performance metrics * Leverage data and automation to improve efficiency and conversion rates * Provide timely updates on lead quality, campaign feedback, and meeting outcomes What you'll need: * 0-2 years of foundational Sales Experience, preferably within media * Salesforce acumen * Demonstrable track record of exceeding goals. * Ability to pay attention to details and be organized. * Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. * You are proactive and you can take initiative and follow through on projects. * You are a passionate individual with an appetite for innovation and learning. * You are a problem solver and a team player. * You have an entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals. * You can adapt to change and navigate through changes. You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person. * Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles. * Must have legal right to work in the U.S. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $42,000 to $56,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply. |
