The Opportunity: Join the Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) team at our Cocoa, FL-based office as an Engineer II, providing engineering and technical services for specialized research facilities. This position involves planning, designing, installing, and maintaining solar energy and energy-efficient building components for field testing and monitoring. Responsibilities:

Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,518 to $85,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. This position is located in Cocoa, Florida. Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. This position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business. May require 15% of out-of-state travel. This is a Contract and Grant (C&G) funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted.
