Job Description:

The Integrated Marketing & Regional Engagement Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks, including event support, initiative tracking, regional survey submissions, and assisting with marketing-related inclusivity and social impact initiatives. The successful candidate will go beyond task execution - taking ownership of key annual initiatives and annual special projects - while bringing fresh ideas to help tell the firm's brand story. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Regional Engagement.

Location: New York, NY

  • Assist with firmwide integrated marketing program logistics for virtual and in person events by administering event registration, attendee communications, and providing on the ground event support to ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including attorneys, administrative staff, and MBD colleagues on the preparation of upcoming programs and events.
  • Provide on-site event support to ensure a seamless guest experience, including occasional evening events.
  • Serve as the IMRE's team data steward, facilitating and tracking sponsorship requests, regional surveys and award submissions.
  • Serve as the IMRE team traffic coordinator, working closely with the graphic design team to obtain marketing assets for sponsorships, such as NP ads and logos.
  • Coordinate the development of internal communications, such as department newsletters.
  • Liaise with the Social Media team to promote integrated programs and assist with post-event promotion.
  • Monitor and replenish office marketing collateral and promotional swag as needed.
  • Assist with budget reconciliation and invoice processing.
  • Update marketing slides for local attorney meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of related work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify errors and gaps.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Efficiency-minded and data curious in exploring new methods to improve workflows and outcomes.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs and Smartsheet preferred.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is as follows: New York, NY: $67,000 to $95,700

In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Because such contingent compensation is not yet calculable or may be zero ($0) in some circumstances, the above-listed salary range(s) are Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate of the annual salary(ies) it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting.
